You probably are lecturer at a university, or you regularly speak at public events, or you are working at a radio station interviewing native English speakers.
Your English must be simple and clear, your accent undetectable - your language skills must be advanced. You might recite some quotations; describe history or politics, music or films, drama or poetry – with your flawless English all is clear for a listener as well as a reader.
To reach at this level you need to join advanced English group and sharpen your skills.
Remember this is not the end for your English language studying, this is the beginning that you start doing it by yourself.
